Welcome to pt_feedback. This is a feedback community for perfect_twenty. This is where you can record what transactions you have going on at the moment, what you've sent and received, and where you can leave (hopefully positive) feedback for users that have sent you an item or payment. What if I don't want to leave positive feedback?
Well, nobody is going to force you - it's not mandatory to leave feedback of any nature. However, you *can't* leave neutral or negative feedback without contacting a moderator (see contact details below). This is to ensure that neutral or negative feedback is actually appropriate, and that everything possible is done to resolve the situation before leaving non-positive feedback.
What is neutral/negative feedback?
Neutral feedback is something you may want to consider if, for example, you have received payment/an item but it took longer than expected. Negative feedback may only be left if you have not received payment/an item and it has been a considerable amount of time. However, as mentioned above, you *can't* leave neutral or negative feedback without contacting a moderator.
When e-mailing a moderator, please use a clear subject (i.e. Perfect Twenty).
